So after Training Day and The Equalizer Denzel Washington teams up again with director Antoine Fuqua to remake The Magnificent Seven. This will be the second remake of the original film which for those in the know will remember was a black and white Japanese film by Akira Kursawa called The Seven Samurai (and is fantastic).
This has got Chris Pratt, Vincent D’Onofrio & Ethan Hawke …um….plus three others we’ve never heard of. But if you want a quick pop quiz then try and name all seven from the Yul Bryner version
We’re not made about the rock version of House of the Rising Sun that accompanies it but will be good to see Denzel back in vengeance mood again after The Equalizer…..
It’s out in the US & UK 23rd September.
