Win a copy of comedy horror, ‘The Belko Experiment’…….EXPIRED

As bad as things sometimes get in our office (the Editor once again forgets to bring in doughnuts on his birthday) it never gets so bad that we end up using office stationary to do away with one another. ‘The Belko Expirment’ is somewhat different. Here ‘High Rise’ meets ‘Battle Royale’ as an office block is turned into a bloody arena when the staff are pitted against each other in a vicious kill or be killed game, in this top-notch horror thriller.

This is fabulously gruesome and very funny in places as its written by James Gunn (writer/director of Guardians of the Galaxy 1 & 2) and directed by Greg McClean and here’s your chance to win a copy of ‘The Belko Experiment’ just by answering the following question.

What horror film about a serial killer kidnapping two female backpackers in the Australian outback was director Greg McClean’s feature film debut?

a) Wolf Creek
b) Rogue
c) The Darkness

Here’s the trailer……

  1. 100% true story: went to Cineworld at the O2 to saw The Belko Experiment and as the end credits started rolling suddenly the screen went completely blank and an American voice-over started repeating “We are evacuating, please exit the building.” The entire audience were laughing as we thought it was a really clever way to freak us out as of course that is EXACTLY what happens in the film. After a couple of minutes (and thinking it was really odd that the film credits hadn’t come back on since) we realized it was a GENUINE alarm and we were actually being asked to evacuate!! The timing was beyond perfection and the whole audience looked really pale and weird (myself included, haha as always!) as they left the O2. It was the single weirdest thing that has ever happened to me in a cinema and I will always associate this film with that moment. I even tweeted it to the director James Gunn and the actor John C. McGinley, who ‘liked’ it!
