Director Goran Stolevski chats about his LGBTQ film, 'Of An Age'

Following Goran Stolevski successful debut film, You Won’t Be Alone, which received a number of 5 star reviews out of the London Film Festival last year,  ‘Of An Age’ made its debut as the opening night film at the Melbourne International Film Festival and went on to claim one of Australia’s most coveted film prizes at MIFF@CinefestOZ.

‘Of an Age’ is set in the summer of 1999, a 17-year-old Serbian-born Australian amateur ballroom dancer experiences an unexpected and intense 24-hour romance with a friend’s older brother.

Writer-Director Goran Stolevski chatted to us about the making of the film including those love scenes, puts to rest those Nicole Kidman and Cate Blanchett quips and jumping out of bed in the middle of the night to write the script!
