Scoot McNairy talks about the Fargo-esque, 'Blood for Dust

Scoot McNairy was most recently in the ‘Speak No Evil’ remake as Mackenzie Davis rather weak husband facing up to James McAvoy’s demonic bad guy but his latest film ‘Blood for Dust’ sees him in a far different role.

He stars as Cliff, a travelling salesman drowning under the weight of providing for his family and the myth of the American dream, finds himself on a dangerous path after a chance encounter with Ricky (Kit Harington), a colleague from a dark past. Read our review HERE

Scoot has appeared in a huge range of films for big name directors that’s included A Quiet Place Part II,  Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Gone Girl, 12 years a Slave and Argo amongst many others.

We chatted to Scoot about his original intention  to be a cinematographer, shooting in icy cold conditions and shooting with directors such as David Fincher to Quentin Tarantino.
