Writer director Alex Garland’s films are nearly always insightful and thought provoking and the release of the Civil War trailer looks no different and with Donald Trump a strong possibility to be the next US president this looks remarkably prescient as to what he could instigate and this new film is described as an adrenaline-fueled thrill ride through a near-future fractured America balanced on the razors edge.
The film has a decent cast too led by KIRSTEN DUNST with CAILEE SPAENY, WAGNER MOURA, STEPHEN MCKINLEY HENDERSON, JESSE PLEMMONS & NICK OFFERMAN
CIVIL WAR is released in UK and Irish cinemas by Entertainment Film Distributors on 12th April 2024
