An all new The Mandalorian and Grogu trailer drops…..
So the all new Mandalorian and Grogu trailer landed in our inbox and we have to say it looks great fun and we’re really keen to see the film after this. It is the first theatrically-released movie to directly tie-in with the Disney+ Star Wars shows and is the first Star Wars film in seven years since The Rise of Skywalker.

The evil Empire has fallen, and Imperial warlords remain scattered throughout the galaxy. As the fledgling New Republic works to protect everything the Rebellion fought for, they have enlisted the help of legendary Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and his young apprentice Grogu.
Directed by Jon Favreau, “Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu” also stars Sigourney Weaver and is produced by Jon Favreau, Kathleen Kennedy, Dave Filoni, and Ian Bryce, with music composed by Ludwig Göransson.
A few fascinating facts behind the scenes…..
It is rumoured that this was originally meant to be Season 4 of The Mandalorian TV show but Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni decided to rework it into a film during the SAG-AFTRA strikes. At Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025, Jon Favreau revealed that Sigourney Weaver’s character is named Colonel Ward and she fought in the rebellion. Pedro Pascal also revealed that Grogu could swim and we get a glimpse of that in the trailer. The first trailer released on 17th February 2026 features a shopkeeper character allegedly voiced by Martin Scorsese…. well see if there’s any truth to that rumour soon enough!
